Committees of the Council
(1) The Council may constitute such Committees as it deems fit for the purpose of advising it
in the performance of its functions.
(2) A Committee constituted under sub-section (1) may co-opt as its member any person
whose assistance or advice it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its
functions.
